Our visitors’ service personnel has passed a selection process which requires language qualifications, technological skills and education in tourism or marketing

With the G-Sales system we identify the type of audience that uses the interactive guides to offer them a better service

We check our devices and accessories daily to offer a smooth and high-quality service at any time of the day and at any stage
SATISFACTION SURVEYS
A service doesn't end with the visit
Once visits are over, we personally ask users’ opinions through a survey which we analyse with the client later on
